The dirt on Haberman's employer-sponsored garden

The employer-sponsored garden movement is a project of Haberman, a brand public relations firm in Minneapolis. Our mission is to tell the stories of pioneers who are making the world a better place.

Why do this? A good many of us storytellers are deeply passionate about organic and locally grown food, sustainable living and health and wellness. We tell the stories of pioneers in these industries everyday. Our own garden, the Dude Ranch, deepens our understanding of how organic food is grown and its impact on our health and the health of the environment. In the end, we'll be smarter and better at what we do because we've dug in the dirt ourselves.

Plus, all of us at Haberman enjoy eating fresh food. Providing homegrown veggies to our employees is a benefit that is both practical and meaningful. And, we all love to help others, so we donate excess produce to those in need in the Twin Cities area.
