Cucumber Tomato Salad
2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
4 tomatoes, sliced in wedges
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp finely chopped jalapeno pepper
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp chopped chives
freshly ground black pepper
salt to taste
